CHAIRMAN:
Kennedy Dakile
Dr Dakile is a Medical Doctor by profession. He joined the construction sector a few years ago, after investing in an alternative building technology (ABT) company called Sanjo Fabtech Sterling, which owns the Plaswall rights for Southern Africa. Dr Dakile also has a Post-Graduate qualification in Marketing and has headed up various companies as board chairperson – Sanjo Fabtech Sterling, Hatchery Communications, Evolut Consulting, Elements Creative. Dr Dakile has sat on the board of state-owned enterprises and has founded many businesses in various sectors.
DIRECTOR STRATEGY:
Lehotlo Ramokgopa
Lehotlo Ramokgopa’s qualifications include a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Geology, as well as a post-graduate diploma in Marketing Management and an MBA from DMU in the UK. She also holds a certificate in Facilities Management from UCT. Lehotlo has worked in the consulting profession for close to 20 years and has provided advisory services to many companies in various sectors on turnarounds, strategy, and implementation. Lehotlo has now joined the construction sector and works with the Erinite team putting in place business development plans for various construction projects.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER:
Clifton Sebatane
After graduating from Southern Adventist University, USA, Clifton accepted a post at the iconic Merrill Lynch. His next move was further north, joining Protocol Marketing in Montreal, before moving to the Canadian International Development Agency, where he was stationed between Montreal and Lesotho. Upon his return to SA, Clifton worked primarily FMCG industry, including time spent at SAB Miller. Then, after seeing opportunities to provide better solutions in the affordable housing, Clifton became a co-founder of Phahamo Property Group. Becoming a co-founder of Erinite, with like-minded colleagues, was then a natural evolution.
